Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box to ensure they arrive safely.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
